What was the highlight of Bungalows Demetria Hotel
We would go back but choose a differnet room. I let the front desk know.
The architecture of Bungalows Demetria is very unique. We loved the location near the university, Art museum, secondhand bookstores, and vintage clothing stores.
The images and description of the room I chose on Booking.com- the most expensive master suite did not match up to reality. The room had four levels of metal circular staircase to get from the galley kitchen entry to the bedroom and living area. To get to the toilet, one a level down a metal rung stairs, which was very steep. This room is not suitable for seniors or young kids. Plus, it said the kitchen had a microwave and kitchenware etc. It was empty except for two glasses and a small water bottle.

What was the highlight of Bungalows Demetria Hotel
Great location, good vibe, nice staff.
The property was very well located. The feeling of the old style apartment building with the beautiful garden was great! The location was quite, the bed was very comfortable and the AC was good. The interiors had been nicely updated some time ago. The little cafe, Tercio in the front was great.
The unit we stayed had a bathroom with no ventilation other than a hole in the wall above the shower. There should have been an extractor fan there. It was visible that excess moisture was an ongoing problem in the bathroom. The cleaning could have been a bit more detailed, especially in the bathroom. The wifi constantly needed to be relogged into. The $3,000 MX deposit seemed a bit high, and slow to return.
